Would add that if you made the intention to make a voluntary fast the night before, and you woke up and ate after fajr forgetting that you made the intention but remembered immediately after consuming, but fasted properly then after, your fast is still valid. No differences are made between the mandatory or voluntary fast as long as there was a clear intention the day before.

There is disgusting so called muslim men abusing many young or older muslim women. These men are not following islam and are very evil and wicked oppressors. they will get their judgement in the hereafter and these men do not fear Allah. so therefore it is not a proof against islam nor your conversion. iam a born muslim to two revert parents. i have left an abusive marriage to a white revert, i will tell you now that man was that way not due to islam at all and only used islam to manipulate women. These men are evil and no matter their religion they will do the same evil. Many men come to islam to het virgin women who will obey them so they can do evil to them. i have noticed this since many non muslim are not virgin and do not have the belief to be obedient to their husbands. many of these evil men want power and women so islam seems good shot for them but they do jot follow islam properly as allah remind men to fear him and they do not. My sister i love you for Allah's sake and i wnat you to know you are not alone and i hope allah grants you a high rank for your abuse and increases you on good. Take care please get therapy and stay firm on your deen by being close to the quran and praying your prays and ask allah for righteous companions to keep you company in this dunya and help keep you on track on the middle path.

Not saying this for the sister in the video, or any other sister in Solace, but unfortunately, many women claim victimhood after they made poor choices with other men and are now too old or far less attractive to get the attention from the caliber of men they used to date. Such women have, unfortunately, been with a certain type of men and now there are almost no man left in that category who are interested in a serious relationship with them. So they find themselves having no choice but to try and sell purity by claiming victimhood, in this age of economic bliss, where any woman can easily get employed and get by with a salary. We never see a young victim girl, well, because they are far more attractive and have no problem with getting attention from men in general. Unfortunately this is the society we live in today. Men exploit women’s youth, there is no man to protect them from this. The freedom laws for women do not incentivize men be protective either. Of course we will be left with women in their mid 30s and beyond feeling left out.

Alhamdulillah it's the first time I've witnessed another revert describing the feeling in the body I experienced about two years before Allah SWT guided me to Islam. Jazakillahu Khairan sister for sharing your experience of this feeling from 7:07. I appreciate it so much. It makes me feel connected. I felt this overwhelming love and peace, and there was this electrical warm feeling entering my body from the top of my head all the way down to my feet and then spreading all around my body and into the heart area. I felt expansion in my heart. I couldn't explain what was happening to me, but this washing over my whole body feeling felt like it was light. I then started my spiritual search journey guided by this warm feeling of light in my heart area and eventually ended up accepting Islam with no prior knowledge of this religion, almost entirely guided just by this warm feeling in my heart. I had no intellectual knowledge of Islam before I entered this religion. I didn't know how to pray, I didn't read Quran, I had no idea what fasting in Ramadan was etc. I didn't know what pillars of Islam are. The only thing that I was searching for was this warm feeling of love, light and peace in my heart and I found it in Islam. After I entered Islam, a sister showed me how to pray and I finally started praying. When I stand in my salah, I get this same warm feeling entering my body from the top of my head Alhamdulillah. I feel immense gratitude, warmth, love and peace. Nothing is more beautiful or pleasurable in this life than salah and the opportunity to connect with Allah swt.
